Driving Lessons: Terms & Conditions  

1.    Payment must be pre-paid 72 hours in advance. 
Or your lesson will be cancelled unless you have prior arrangements agreed with your instructor.
It will then be offered to other pupils as a lesson gap.
 
2.    You must notify your driving instructor if you lose entitlement to drive. 
 
3.    If you cancel a driving lesson with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be charged the full lesson price as a cancellation fee. 
 
4.    If you frequently cancel your driving lessons, your instructor may decide to discontinue their services. 
In this case, they will no longer offer you driving lessons. 
 
5.    If your instructor arrives for a scheduled lesson and you are not present, you will be charged the 
full lesson price. Your instructor will wait for 10 minutes, and if you dont show up, they will leave. 
 
6.    If you are unfit to drive due to alcohol, drugs, fatigue, or any other issue that could impact road safety, the lesson will not proceed. In this case, you will be charged the full price, and the lesson will be forfeited. 
 
7.    You cannot sell or transfer lessons to another person. 
 
8.    You will only be allowed to use your driving instructor's car for your driving test if you can drive safely and responsibly. 
If you are not ready, your instructor will recommend postponing the test to a later date.
In this case, your instructor will ask you to cancel or reschedule your test at least 10 working days in advance to avoid losing the test fee. 
 
9.    Your driving instructor reserves the right to withdraw the use of their car on the day of your driving test if you are driving dangerously, erratically, irresponsibly, or display an aggressive or confrontational attitude during the hour before the test. In this case, no refund will be given.

10.      We reserve the right to amend driving lessons if we are unable to keep the appointment in the event of pre-booked driving tests, mechanical breakdown, sickness, pre-booked holidays or due to immovable traffic.

11.    Lessons will be conveyed verbally in detail with the pupil before making any lesson booking.

12.    Before your book a practical Driving Tests it must be agreed with the instructor and the pupil the readiness of the pupils driving ability for test and for use of the Driving School vehicle.
My Adi number must my be used during the practical test booking process to avoid double booking a test or booking a test when I am unavailable due to annual leave or other business or personal commitments.
WHEN THE ADI NUMBER IS USED IT WILL NOT SHOW ANY TEST THAT I AM UNAVAILABLE TO ATTEND.

The instructor will not be held liable for costs incurred when a test is booked without using the above Adi reference number.
